Ask about installation timelines, not just price
A cheaper plan with a two-week installation wait often costs more in lost time than a slightly pricier plan installed in 24–48 hours. Ask directly rather than assuming.
Look at support, not just speed
A connection is only as good as how quickly issues get resolved. Ask whether support is local, what hours it's available, and whether there's a dedicated number for outages versus general queries.
Match the plan to how you'll actually use it
A household that streams and works from home has different needs than one running a small business with point-of-sale systems. Be specific about your actual use case when comparing plans rather than just picking the fastest number.
